With 20 years of industry experience, President David Burrows is a licensed mortgage lender in the states of Virginia and Maryland.

Mr. Burrows graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1982. After graduating, he moved to Virginia and began work as a Stock Broker for E. F. Hutton and Company. In 1987, he began working as a Mortgage Broker for Metstar Mortgage Corporation.

During his tenure at Metstar, Mr. Burrows originated, processed and closed hundreds of mortgage loans. Through this experience he has gained an extensive knowledge of all conventional loan products on the market today. Mr. Burrows left Metstar in 2000 to found Crescent Mortgage.
